Persis grill is looking for a hostess for dining area: - Table Setup: Setting up tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments before guests arrive. - Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly after guests finish their meals. - Cleaning Tables: Wiping down tables and chairs to ensure they are clean and presentable for the next guests. - Assisting Servers: Supporting servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and providing any additional assistance required during service. - Restocking Supplies: Keeping necessary items such as napkins, condiments, and utensils stocked throughout the dining area. - Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, windows, and any other surfaces. - Handling Garbage and Recycling: Emptying trash bins regularly and separating recyclable materials as per the restaurant's guidelines. - Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient service to guests, such as answering questions, providing directions, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. - Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. - Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent service and contribute to a positive work environment.
